Bro I was interviewed at about 7 or 8th no. On first day of interview at Lahore centre. My interview time was 90 AM and interviewed at about 12 O clock because panel was late 2 hour due to flight timings. So what do you find strange???

in OG 1 junior officer ad , it was written that OG 1 will be paid 15,000 stipend during.
YPIP candidates OG2 are offered 12,000.
so isn't it strange??

Default SBP YPIP Final Selection Dillema

Is there any candidate who got selected from the Interviewees of the Islamabad Center?? Kindly tell because I don't see anyone from Islamabad center posting here... I appeared for the interview from the Islamabad Center and still haven't received any letter or email... But some people are saying we need to wait till Friday, if we still don't get letters by Friday then we are surely not selected...

Kindly if there is anyone here from Islamabad interviewees who got selected... please do comment... It is quite a confusing situation ...

A person scoring 71 odd from punjab region (the most competitive region of all) got selected is only possible if:
1. he has the writing sense of shakespare or Charles or Dickens
2. Or he has a personality of mandela (which inspires interviewers so much they could not resist selecting him), on the other hand people like retoxin, whose scores are noway near 71, are foolish, stupid persons who do not even know how to speak or present themselves (My sympathies are with retoxin, she deserves justice).

So we have had enough of these boasts that SBP is equal opportunity, transparent govt. employer. They do not publish the result which they used to do in the past, and I think there must be at least 30 - 40 people who are given preference and are appointed on corrupt practices. They do not publish anywhere in their advertisement that internal employees will be given preference, and neither it is the policy of any govt organization (ex-employees can confirm this). So, for the next time if you are applying for any post in SBP, consider yourself lucky if you have scored highest among all, because there is a 70% invisible quota reserved.

Good luck to all those who are selected on merit and they deserve this post. And for those who have given more than their 100%, SBP does not deserve creative people like you.

And then they say our economic indicators are not moving in the predicted direction. The answer is who is predicting them?

Bro i respect your emotions but i do not believe that you are judging the things in right way.... i know many OG-1 from SBP BSC who scored more than 78 and still are unable to qualify for the final selection... if you believe selection has been done on preference then why they didn't selected more from their own organization?

Almost everyone here had an excellent interview so how can you judge from here who performed above the line...?? and of course written communication has played its part in the final selection...if nts marks are the only base to qualify then why at first place a person with 65 marks were called for interview??and what was need of written communication and interview?
