duration? how many candidates are interviewed each day? means no deep knowledge from non banking background candidates?

yes in my case it was like this.they ask according to your degree. duration is 15min for each candidate

I took the interview today. The panel was extremely friendly. They started off with general questions on academic background. I donn't have economics/banking majors, so they really pressed me hard as to why they should prefer me over candidates possessing more relevant qualifications. Also, they did ask some technical question/economic indicators when I said I had gone through the SBP-BSC website.
Overall, it was pretty good.
