SBP and BSC are two different organizations with their own pay scales. In BSC starting salary is 40,000 and an additional 10,000 is paid to persons who are dislocated from their home stations. The pay increases every year based on performance (annual merit increase) which averages around 8-10% and additionally, every two years salary is revised based on salary survey (inflation etc)..last time this increase was 35%. Also, what you need to understand is that BSC and SBP have different cultures related to performance..in SBP new comers come with a higher salary but are given a rating of B and C for the next few years which means their salary doesnt increase much wheeras in BSC ppl have a chance of getting better ratings (B+ or A). In the long run what I feel is that BSC ppl are better off in terms of salary. And they also have much better chances at promotion for example many ppl of the YPIP first batch were promoted as OG-3 recently but in SBP new comers generally have to wait longer, 8-10 yrs for promotion.
The timings mentioned are general office timings for everywhere and it is absurd to expect to leave earlier than that anywhere. and there is no such thing as audit on last weekday however ppl do stay late if they have more work.

Mam kindly tell, if possible, when OG-2 4th batch letters are likely to be sent? you may be well aware of the plight of job seekers and their anxiousness. You are the only person here who could tell any tentative date. also let us know when OG-1 interviews are likely?

I just received an email from the SBP-BSC that I've been selected and required to report to Multan office by 27th Feb. Also it was mentioned that the offer letter has been dispatched.
PS: Does that mean I'll be posted at the Multan office?

Interview was at Lahore. NTS score 77. Qualification: BBA hons (marketing) and MS equivalent Masters in Public Policy from USA with concentration in Economic n Social policy. I hope that answers most of upcoming questions.
