Please be vocal for your salary at NIBAF because there is huge gap in OG-1 and OG-2 salary. .

That's surprising. Why you guys aren't comparing yourself with other 16th grade officers in public sector organizations. Even in those departments, there's a huge gap in the salaries of 16th and 17th grade officers.

Sir, I'm sorry you lack the knowledge about minimum and maximum salary scales of 16 and 17 grade officers in Pakistan. If you google about the minimum salary scales of 16 and 17 scale govt jobs in Pakistan, you will find only Rs. 6000/- Difference between both grades.

If you have some references on huge gap in salaries of both scales, you may kindly share here for the reference. Thanks
