6. Due to above discrimination, OG1'S motivational level is very down specially due to the recent salary rise of YPIP because the initial difference of their salary was only Rs. 10,000/- last year.

Due to above discrimination, It seems that YPIPs are special to SBP BSC and OG1s are very inferior people in the Bank.

Mam, I would like you to please comment in light of the above points that why such a big discrimination exists. Though most OG1 are also qualified and they are also hired through the competitive selection process (NTS Test+Panel Interview) followed by a very little difference in difficulty level of NTS Test and Panel Interview.

I'm worried whether our batch will also be facing above discrimination. I hope things get better for our Batch after NIBAF's training especially in salary's matter.
Hi Ferrari.

Your source of information is highly unreliable. Jotp are given theoretical plus otj training, salary raise is expected this year in june. No posting choice is entertained by either ypip or jotp. Nature of work is different and promotion is based on otj performance.

Dear RoadBlock, I said for practical training to entire batch at "Headoffice" after NIBAF's training. Last two OG-1 batches have not been given training at Head Office. YPIP 3rd Batch has been taken choice "recently" that where they should be placed. The choice has been taken after they are actually posted on their workstations. Nature of work is different at Headoffice but not at most "Field Offices" read my post again. I think the source of information should be reliable as it has been told by my relative who is already working as OG-1 in the Bank, and it has also been agreed by Mshabir who recently visited Hyderabad office to give acceptance. Read his post too.

Yes, Salary rise is expected in June, but it will be raised across the board. The difference in salaries might be same. Lets see I hope OG-1s gets higher % of increment so that the difference come down to some rational level.

Thank you Sir Road Block, Sir Gandalf and everyone else here who has been supportive and patient to answer our queries.
When I was there at BSC, I came to know that the salaries for OG-2s and YPIPs have raised and a major reason for this was that YPIP-3rd batch was very vocal about their salary adjustments and salary increments. While people are taking help regarding formalities and stuff at Facebook and CSS forums, I would request Ferrari and everyone else to be vocal about our reservations at NIBAF, in a serious, polite and professional way. Persons from the earlier batches of OG-1 are taking the same salary as ours, i.e Rs. 30,000, and their salaries may rise due to the bi yearly (i.e after every two years) package and due to AMI. However, since we have not been in the earlier batches, neither we have been serving this year prior to June, there is hardly any chance for us to have a rise in salary. The offer letter clearly states that we would be getting Rs. 30,000/- . The chance we'll get at NIBAF won't come after wards, therefore please be united and organized while you speak about them.

What is the qualifying criteria in OG1 NTS test?
Is there any differenc in the qualifying marks of OG1 and OG2 tests? or there is any difference in Test pattern and difficulty level?

Plus suggest some material for G.K plz

Yes. We should be very much vocal at NIBAF's training as it will be a good forum to discuss our salary. I hope things work for us.

Pehlay job nai thi to jb ki talash mein lagay rehtay thay. Ab job mil gai hay to salary zada kiun nai hay.

Take a start, it doesnt matter what the salary is, get some experience. Try for others posts after that.

Those have qualified , please suggest book or material for preparation of banking and finance section of og1 test.
