hello everyone,first of all feeling sorry about all the top scorers who couldnot qualify having achieved abnormally high marks!
I kept on telling ztbl aspirants in my previous posts that process was fair but please keep your sides safe by keeping in hand some influential ZTBL employees,but going through posts all day long,im shocked as to how ZTBL has raped the merit this time,hamari dafa(2014) merit ka lehaaz rakha gaya tha as many financially poor candidates sailed through!

Rahi baat protest ki tou yaad rakhiyay ga k dozakh ka dousra naam ztbl hai,badmaash idara hai apki suni nai jaay ge-i left it after 7 months inki ajeeb si herketoun ki wajah say,itna he kahoun ga k agar nai hoa ztbl mai tou shukar he kerain aap log(Allah meri nashukri maaf Farmaaye)

I know a person with 2.3 Cgpa.and he got the letter..:P

To add you more about recruitment...1 person having his elder brother in ztbl...his 2 brothers got the letter in this recruitment.

one person got letter by hand by president of ztbl.

one person having cgpa 2.3 got the letter..

one person having 63 marks got the letter...

it tells u the worse condition of this organisation.....

and persons like 70 or 70+,with a cgpa of 3.5 or more and having very good intrview got rejected...((..

with a score of 81, islamabad domicile,engineering background and a pretty decent interview of 4-5 minutes, i have not been selected,,,

I just called ztbl to break my suspense. In hindsight i am disappointed that all the hard work went in vain. I was the fifth or sixth person to be interviewed on the first day. I remember a sifarshi lady coming with her daddy ji who had a friend in ztbl. ZTBL guy personally came to bid them farewell .While we waited for some time, she was back in her in half an hour. ZTBL guy personally came to see them off. Anyways good luck to her in ztbl as I have no hard feelings.

THANKYOU seniors for helping, I got to know many things about this place by u people. You tried your best to explain the pros and cons

Brothers. I im from kpk and i live in islamabad anyone wants to protest lets make history this time aganist the notorious system These breaucrats ruined our hopes and damaged us moraly and mentally and they will contiue it if we didnt response.I worked in government sector and i know how they do favourtisim my department did everything to kick me out but i fought till the end.i know how to deal with them. We can change this system if we unite. So many young and telented guys out there who are victims of this system. Why are we tolerating it?

we should all protest using a proper way, the lawsuit. agar chup kr jao gy hamesha ki trha tu bhol jao k koi achi gov job kar sko gy apni abilities aur talent ki base py. ye sirf ZTBL ki bat ni. We should set an example for other gov departments as well k ye koi chor bazari ni unky baap k departments ni ye k jis ko chahein recruit karlein. sharam ani chaheye inko apny ads k head pe "Say no to Corruption" likhty howe.

I don't know whether to protest for myself or not because 70+ & 80+ ka selection nai hua tou where do I stand with 68 marks? Agar merit ki base py hota tou bhi naam na ata :-P
But I'll stand for those who deserved to be selected on the basis of merit . whatever you people will plan either to file a case or to submit any contributions I'll be in it definitely.

I have been going through this thread from long time and couldn't resist joining and posting my own experience now
I have done my MBA from PU in 2013 and since then I am applying for different govt jobs and as I didn't have any SAFAARISH except that of Allah SWT I wasn't selected anywhere
This was my third test for ZTBL and for all times I was called for interview and received same reply every time that you are not selected
But guess what ? This time I am selected and appointed as OG3 in NBP and ZTBL both
So this isn't about any reference
Wo mera ab b nai tha I belong to a very poor family and my father is a tailor
So guys sari seats main agar kch mili b hain reference waloun ko that doesn't mean k Sara hi andheer nagri ha
P.s I scored 77 marks in NTS and my interview was great
I prepared more for the interview as the weightage was 50%

So many people discouraged me as well but I didn't take any negativity rather I kept on trying with same zeal and enthusiasm

Baat yeh ni hai k main ni hua wo ni hua flaan ni hua etc. Baat yeh hai k sifarish wale q huy. Jub is mulk men merit ka kaha jata hai baar baar k sab meri pe ho rha hai. To yahan b merit pe e hona chahye. Sifarish blkul khtm honi chahye
