Default Moving from a commercial Bank to ZTBL

Respected members. If given an opportunity, is it a wise decision to move to a higher position in ZTBL from a local commercial Bank.
Please do mention the pros and cons.

Bank-Al Habib is also a good bank in the sense of career.
I think work pressure is more in Bank-Al Habib than ZTBL.
If salary & position is higher than present seat then you must move.

My experience tells that ZTBL will be better for you because these kind of small banks puts extra pressure on its employees. On the other hand the atmosphere of ZTBL is much friendly.Agar main apki jigah hota to ZTBL ko prefer karta.

Don't Move. Even though Bank Al-Habib is a not a good bank to be in (in terms of career progression, no offense), ZTBL is even worst. I can guarantee you that after a stint in ZTBL, you won't be able to make it back into any commercial bank. Offcourse all this applies if you are in Corporate/trade/treasury etc, not in Sales. If you are in Sales function, you can move to ZTBL and then further down the road join any commercial bank

first of all ZTBL will provide only 16500, second thing u will be posted in your own area and third thing is you will be credit recovery officer and will remain OG-3 for at least 8 years. you cant move from ZTBL to any commercial bank or corporate.

on the other hand if u are satisfied with Bank al habib. this will be better.
if not satisfied, u should join ZTBL.
pehlay select to ho jao.
