I think ztbl dispatch the letters to all successful candidates and rest of the candidates they not received the letter yet considered as not qualified

Ztbl operator told me that they dispatch the letter to post office where the services of lcs is not available so we should wait 2 or 3 days more who receive interview letter through post office
