lists of staff appointees are still on the way due to high political pressure

Unhappy Merit Chances......
In fact,almost all appointments of AM n Staff are reference based in Managers and DM's there is some merit as professionals are required...
as I observe the process,its completely disappointing for merit based candidates

i appointed as a office Assistant. i am only one who is on merit. remaining all AM., OA are on special safrish.... and they acknowledge that they are appointed on reference base or through union.
