Well naveed modern day banking is called begging...Now a days due to cut throat competition banks are usually hiring candidates who are bringing deposits with them but not necessarily for all candidates if you were selected in MTO program then You don,t need to bring deposit

Bro can You please mention the XYZ Universities. Because lots of my class fellows, seniors and juniors got jobs in almost every Bank including SBP and NBP. They passed their MBA from AJK University. The one who passed his/her MBA from LUMS or IBA why he/she need to do job in bank? They look for multinational companies...

well naveed i didn,t said candidates qualified from XYZ universities are not hired by the banks thats why i said her to continue applying because in bank job opening they receive lot of applications then they randomly select candidates for test and they further scrutinize for interview

Dear I never said that MBAs from other universities don't get job..It is just that things are more easier for top MBAs. Yes you are right in saying that many students from XYZ universities are working in various organizations. By the way who told you that MBA from LUMS and IBA should not work in banks. You think banks are some kind of inferior jobs. If you are a top MBA you will work in foreign banks or at good positions in a local bank. Banks can also be Multinational.

My advice to you is keep trying. That's all one can do in a recessionary period. Meanwhile, you may top up your qualification by doing a diploma from IBP or more preferably CFA level 1.
