An usual bs-17 grade pay, now days its almost 60k

Do they pay you only 20000Rs.and rest is deducted? Is this a same case in inland revenue and Pakistan custom?

Thanks for the informative response Qamar. I've heard when you're posted in DMG group as an AC your salary gets tripled. Would you or any senior member be able to confirm this?

CSS jobs are not for salary, These jobs only give you authority , respect and little priority among some other government officers.

I understand what you said.kindly answer my question.I know how many fools justify their jobs.that's why country stand in pit of backwardness.70to80% crimps are sucking the blood of country - the money and country is sick mother right now because of these crimps

Salary ranges from 30k to 100k for BS-17 officers depending upon their allocated department, province, city and other similar factors. For example, a police officer serving in Punjab will earn half (or less) than one who is serving in a troubled area of KPK.

But for a css officer who is serving his country first and not himself, salary is a mere number to survive on.
