What would you suggest to the aspirant of CSS who is working toward achieving his goal of CSS from his very first year of intermediate?

Concentrate on your studies and get a useful degree first. Its too early to work on CSS preparation.

for intermediate it should be ,you should work on your English..
grammar ,learn vocab, syn and antonymous
