This is Pakistan. We have seen many ministers who have retracted their statements in the past.
What if bureaucracy doesn't let this summary get approved by PM? Or PM doesn't approve it citing any reason? Minister will just absolve himself by saying that PM didn't approve it.

So skipping involves a big risk. Those who are going to skip will regret this decision all their lives if this summary doesn't get approved.

Iam not going to skip it though I have not attempted any essay yet. I have prepared just average but it is my first attempt I want to take it just an experience. Moreover I will be not eligible for upcoming exam due to qualifications which will take two year in completion therefore I don't want to remain css phobia in my mind during my master course.. iam good at other subjects except essay which is totally based on fpsc policy so iam not afraid of essay.. pass krne k lye do attempt he Kafi hen if luck favours.

This was Pakistan my dear no one sure about the words of Mr.planning Minister.It evident from the politicians history of Pakistan that there statements are not credible.As you people know few months ago one statement was came mphil is minimum quailification for css but within next few days this statement was considered a fake news.So do not rely on ministers' statement.Hum logon na he inko select karwaya hai jesa humara ideas change hota hain wesy he inka be.

Default A platform for age relaxation -- important
I have also skipped it. I have made a group on facebook by name of "CSS age relaxation movement". We really need some serious memebers to participate in it. though we have more than hundreds members.. the active ones are a few.. We have come to the conclusion that at least ten serious guys can make a difference and make CSS age relaxation increased on fast track. I hope you guys would participate in it.

Default A word of caution for skippers!!!!!
Planning commission only recommends. It doesn't have authority to materialize its recommendations. it is subject to further scrutiny, debates and delays, even disapproval. The future of age relaxation is bleak. For reasons read my post. And please don't believe in any hear-say and obscure sources of information. Your whole authentic information and confirmation is based on a arbitrary source. This is assumption. Anything can be assumed in the world of dreams. However, in reality the basis of our decisions are facts and not assumptions.

In his recent media talk, Ahsan Iqbal only talked about 30 years ago limit and 26 years education . He didn't mention increasing the number of attempts to 4 or cluster based exam.
