Default Need advice
I am new member at this forum. I joined forum to get some guidance.
I am already 28 years old and still not attempted CSS even once.
Well I got realization for CSS very late and till the time my age already crossed upper limit.
Now as speculations are going on for CSS upper age limit relaxation till 30 years.
Please advice should I need to start preparation for CE-2017?

Or age relaxation possibilities are very less and CE-2017 preparation at this point of time is of no use?

You should start preparation as the news of age limit extension to 30 has already come in newspapers. Now it,s the matter of implementation which would hopefully be materialized.
