No, i repeat,no.Education requirement has not been enhanced to 16 years.It still is 14 years.

Any idea if they are implementing it this year or not?
I don't understand why the government is keeping the students confused

Among the components of CSS reforms,only increasing upper age limit has been approved by the Prime Minister in the recent cabinet meeting.The said reform has yet to be adopted by FPSC.Even after the approval, no concrete steps has been taken to materialize the new age limit .As far as minimum qualification is concerned,it was not even on the agenda of the cabinet meeting,let alone implementing it this year.So,study without anxiety;there is no chance of changing minimum qualification to 16 years in next few years.Again,only age relaxation to 30 years has been approved by the Prime Minister.

Dear All Aspirants,

Please put your efforts together as what I believe FPSC will take time to announce changes in age criteria (My be two months), but if we get Mr Ahsan Iqbal Sahib approval like even verbal or through any forum that age relaxation will be with effect from CE-2017 I think it will be enough.

Very much confused. Can't study. What's to do? Age Relaxation would be implemented or not for c.e. 2017?

Dear brothers...
I have done my LLB last year and now preparing for CSS 2017....
Is my qualifications will be treated as 16 years or not?
Am i eligible for CSS as per new rules approved by Ahsan Iqbal?

LL.B is 17 years of Education, brother. Don't worry. You are eligible even after if the 16 years education is announced as mandatory qualifications.
