Anybody who knows about the fee structure and timing of Civil Officers Academy Lahore owned by Dr Liaqat Khan Niazi?

Yes, the fee structure is *Let me rob you of your parents money* and the timings are *everytime anybody is stupid enough to fall for 'CSS academies'*
