Just put the date from whenever you started up to now. If they have a problem with that they can clarify it in the interview, if you manage to go that far.

Sensible choice of subjects. I would recommend that when studying/preparing for these subjects you can group Political Science and International Law for simultaneous studying because one can enforce the other. Good luck.
