Domicile clarity

Hello all,

Currently, I am not in Pakistan and will only be able to travel in January. However, the issue is, I do not have a domicile certificate. I would like to know if theres a possibility that I submit all my documents during registration in October except for the Domicile certificate?

As I was told by some people that I can send the domicile certificate any time before the exam or allocation and some are saying I need to submit ALL documents within 15 days of online registration. FPSC is not responding at all.

Would really appreciate your help.

I don't think it can work without domicile, they reject candidates if they miss a single document listed by FPSC.

If your id card is in Pakistan, just send one of your relatives to the E-Markaz centers and get it made.

Or another thing you can try is, send your ID card copy to your relatives in Pakistan, and just ask him to fill all other documents and submit application in the E-Markazi center.

Send the scanned image of your CNIC to your relative. ( If ur id card has a different Permanent address and different temporary address, make sure that the city of both addresses are same. If city is different, than you have to get an NOC made.)


The only issue in the domicile certificate is if biometric is required or not. If Biometric is required for domicile, than it could be a problem for you and you might have to use some links....... If Biometric isnt required for Domicile, you can send anyone to get it made.

Has the registration for CSS 2022 started?? But there's nothing on FPSC website regarding this..? What is the last date?!
