Is it possible to give CSS exam having associate degree (2 years), like it was for BA?

BA degree holders are eligible for CSS
Yo are talking about an HEC recognized degree, right?

As there is no University offering BA, instead they are offering Associate Degree (in arts).

Yes. I think you are eligible. They have ended BA programs so now associate programs are there. There is a list of programs that are eligible for CSS. You can find it on fpsc website or you can call them on their fpsc official number. Hopefully they can guide you better in this regard.
