Default Looking For mentor for CSS Preparation.
Assalam O Alaikum!
I am working as an ESE General in Punjab Workers welfare department at BPS 14. I was recruited by PPSC in 2019.

Now i want to move onward and do CSS. I have just idea about CSS subjects and its exams but not know about how to start where to start.
I can afford academy for the preparation but many of my friends suggest me not to join any academy. Because it is time wasting and money as well.
I just want help from seniors to guide me right path. I need direction. Because when i was preparing PPSC exams i wasted 1-2 months and then learned technique.
I will be very thankful who will help me in this regard.

Wasalam!

Let me preface this by saying Dont "leave" your job for CSS. Prepare for it in your down time. Job market these days is a hell.

The only purpose of the academy is to guide you about the basics. The right academy can put on the right track. YOU have to do all the work from then on. Any academy that claims to offer you more than the basics, is just a money making scheme.

My advice would be to join a reputed academy for the basics, then prepare on your own. Getting a reputed English Essay/Precis teacher on the side for personalized practice tests and checking would put you miles ahead of other candidates.

MonstarAshar, i dont want to quit my job for CSS.

But the Question is where to start ? How to start ?

I belong to multan and there is no good academy in multan for css preparation. There are only 2 3 institutes there.
I cant go to Lahore because my Job posting and family.
