Default Can someone explain the Quota system?

Whats the Quota system exactly well i understand it i wonder how many seats would you get from the rular areas also and lets say if you get the highest mark and are from an area of the quota system would you still be the highest ranker, i know it seems to be stupid just want to be sure.
Also would you recomend taking it from the Quota system of sindh or Balochistan a Rular area ...

Also is favorim sought out in the interviews specially if your from a Pro Gov Officers Family meaning more than half of your family holds jobs in the gov ..etc you understan but i dont think anyone actually fails the interview when they seem to be so simple right ?

Is 950 actually the highest score in CSS outta 1200 and is the 200 of the interview added in the total 1200 thanks everyone good luck if ur going for it this year
