Default Conclusion of this thread

After reading the complete thread I am going to the end of the topic that the conclusion is academies are not essential and necessary to clear the exams. They are just forwarding the tips and tricks to clear the exam. They will be helpful to choose your optional subjects and guide u and clear your queries but not the key of success or clearance. The key is just u and your attention in study.
I have joined one Govt arranged program for CSS preparation at Quetta but it was not that much fruitful and on that time I was not much serious about CSS so I have not taken an interest in studies and lectures so I have not taken an advantage from it. But now I am quite serious about it and I was planing to join an academy for preparation at Lahore or Karachi because I was not satisfied from my last academy. But after reading that thread my concept is totally changed about academies that studying there is not necessary. You can study yourself or with your partner. So as a conclusion I am not going to join academy because I have taken the guidance from my past study and a lots more from my higher attention in CSS now as compare to last time.
I think the aspirants are understood now.

Academies are good for people like me who knew nothing about css before.

Yes, No doubt about it.Academies are very helpful for the beginners, as they keep you in the right direction. In addition to that, we can interact with the teachers, seniors and other aspirants to share ideas and we learn a lot of things in this process. We can have the best opportunity for evaluating ourselves, bcoz teachers use take tests and they check essays and other material as well.

my feeling has always been to refrain from academies. they are, for the most part,a waste of time and money. and they always false advertise. take the ads in previous. almost all of the toppers have supposed to have studied in all of the academies.
imagine the exorbitant fees they charge for their services

yes, off course their primary aim is to charge heavy fee from the students. but we can't say that they are absolutely useless.

my own thinking is that if you are going to pass it, you will pass it anyway without any help from these academies. your potential and guidance counts. academies add very negligible, if at all, to your potential. the price they charge is not worth it.
I have seen their false adverts too. Take this KIPS. they have the picture of one of my batchmates (CSS2007) , put her picture with wrong name and batch. same has been done with another batchmates name.
I dont know all of the people so there might be many more mistakes in there.

KIPS Lahore is also just a waste of time and money. Because i joined it for some days and the worst teachers in gcu were teaching different compulsory & major optional subjects. They are really null and unqualified teachers and most of them kicked out from gcu but after kicking out from gcu but they used in legally gcu name.

even colleges and universities are waste of time. seriously i didn't learn a single word from all my college and university life. but i learned from books, self study! i would had never attended a single class in my college and university life if attendance was not mandatory.

so, the point is ! academy is nothing but a waste of money and time. books are best friends ! and to me ! this form is the best academy!

long live cssforum !
