We arranged PMS order copy by Mian Sajid Advocate Lahore. Already Sent it to my Advocate friend M.Raees Peshaware High court.

We have almost all documents, but my lawyer friends are waiting for some more authentic documents. so we are in contact with our friends circle over all in Pakistan.

Before filing this petition I and my some friends met many political Parties MNAs, MPAs, Senators and wrote many letters to all News paper and Channel Journalists including Prime Minister and Chairman FPSC.

Issues have raised in only News Paper. We were trying to raise this issue on air unfortunately, Media Experts did not take it serious.

Hope for the best we are trying our best with your prayers.

Dear INSHALLAH you will not lose but will win this case. you are not doing it only for yourself but for the upcoming generation.so, therefore be hopeful.

you will be the first one to raise your voice on this issue in a legal way and yes, obviously our prayers are with you people.

people a general 5 yr age relaxation should be claim... so that those who r of 32 or 31 may get a chance to appear and avail the last chance

Presently we are preparing petition on 2 grounds.

1. 30 years age as per 2000 CSS rules.
2. 05 years general relaxation.

Our petition has completed, but some senior lawyers suggested to collect more evidence otherwise case would be rejected.

Our second strategy is decided that after submission petition in a Peshawar High court same petition will be submitted in a Lahore High Court through advocate Mian Sajid case winner of PMS.

@ age relaxation..
its a major issue and should be implemented....
at one end they are curbing poverty and at the other they are only giving age relaxation to govt servants who are already on jobs....
if they are giving age relaxation to gov.servants then there must be age relaxation for up to 2-years .....

Alhamdulillah in a initial stage our lawyer Mr. M.Raees Khan has submitted petition on a Peshawar High Court on 17-10-2011.

This task is very hard, we are facing very difficulties to gather evidence. But we do not have enough documents. Because no one in a government level shows his/her cooperation with us.

I will post petition number after 1st hearing of this " Age relaxation" case.

My lawyer advised me to post his and Mian Sajid's (case winner of PMS) comments on this thread, so I am writing,

"Victim of age limit restriction, they do not put up weapons on someone shoulder for firing, use your own shoulder, do not be spectators, become a player so that other come to see you. Do not wait that other will fight and you will get the benefits, because it is not possible for a single person to win so much tough game"

@ Asif Amin...the candidates of PMS KPk r also faceng the same prob..they advertise examz after 2 yrz n age z 30..wch i thnk must b relaxed cz its 4 sure that they cant get rid of their lazy attitude...is ur petition going to b helpful 4 KPK PMS also???

Unfortunately, Today as on 21-10-11, Peshawar High Court rejected our petition ( Institution # 18885 ) with this objection that this a federal issue, file this case on Islamabad High Court.

Our Lawyer Mohammad Raees again submitted rejected petition in a Peshawar High Court with adding some new documents. He challenged FPSC Peshawar Branch instead of Islamabad. Let's see what court will decide again. Our new petition Institution # is 19081.
