Dear all, the age relaxation petition is in the Peshawar High Court. It is filed by Mr. Raees, who himself has done LLM and now wants to appear and hopefully clear the Css exam. He has filed the petition on his own, without anyone's help and is bearing all the charges and fee of the court alone.
Mr. Farhan, Asif Amin, Mr. Shamoon and Miss Samreen are the supporters and trying to somehow help the petitioner.
My advice to you all is that you need to take concrete steps in your own provinces. Better would be if all of you come together and file petition in the Federal court that is Islamabad High Court.
Remember no pain no gain. Sitting in your houses like spectators won't get you anywhere. Its time to rise for your rights.
Start writing letters to the daily newspapers like letters@dawn.com, news.post@thenews.com.pk, letters@paktriubune.com, letters@dailytimes.com.pk.
If you know any journalist or media person then ask him/her to run a show for the age limit affectees.

Our advocate Mr.Raees efforts are really appreciable. As per our discussion and strategy we will forward petition in a Islamabad High court soon with the help of Mian Sajid Advocate ( case winner of PMS).

We also want to file petition in a Sindh High Court. But we need some lawyers who support us from Sindh. Please contact me my email if any one come to support us.

I and my friends especially Farhan ( Karachi ) wrote letters to almost all journalists and met almost all parties big politicians and highlighted this issue.

I personally doing this effort since 2009 and Farhan joined my hand with 2010. After meeting with Farhan we gathered many CSS aspirants from allover Pakistan and got high profile persons contact and email addresses.

Remind to all if case will move in a Islamabad High court and if no one helps us presently we are not in a position to afford high expensive lawyer because we do not have fund to hire senior lawyer. So need your prayers and support for future.

The case should be moved to the federal court as soon as possible. The choice of the lawyer , Mian Sajid PMS age relaxation winner, is the best. As for finances, all should and must support Mr. Raees financially.

Peshawar High Court accepted our application. Issued 17 Nov 2011 for first hearing.

I think we need to protest in islamabad and believe you me it will catch the media's eye. We need to do so in front of the establishment and meet fpsc chairman and register our protest. All those in favor of he protest please comment in this thread. Lets do something concrete, it will have a positive effect on the case registered in PHC.

Your Idea is good. Please make CSS protestors group at least you have 20-25 aspirants from each city.

And provide me there numbers I will contact them. Keep in mind I have many contacts but presently only fewer are ready for protest. The second one is almost all aspirants are from different city. so it is difficult to gather every one at one place.

If you have strong media personnel contact, spread/highlight this news that age limit case registered in a Peshawar High court or Over age limit aspirants are going to challenge this case in a different court.

Kindly open a 'Current Account' because in that there are no charges for online transaction(e.g. in Bank Alfalah Ltd there are no online charges for current account fund transfer). Plz share the a/c number so that we may contribute as early as possible.
