Default Banking Job is of no charm now adays
I am MTO in ABL batch 2011. Nothing is there like a csp in banker. banker has always to Beg A sath for deposit etc, and Management is of no one. If u achieve targets u will be rewarded and appreciated and if not u will be demoted from Manager to Officer . I have seen many casses
