I believe that the time has come to determine what works and what does not. Collecting funds of 1 million seems to be impossible as it has not been possible from last 2 years.So i don,t think that this approach is practical anymore. Please opt anyother option and go ahead.Others can support this cause only if they find any hope in this.

We have a strong case ,we can win the case,money shouldnt be any issue for us because we are fighting for our rights,one million is not that big money, 100 people at an average of 10000 each can collect one million.For our rights for our dreams we should invest that money,we can make use of all our resources,if a person hasnt got money he can sell his cell phone or take loans from anyone,also now GOVT has initiated loan programs upto half a million rupees for master degree holders so come forward ,take a step and dont hesitate,we have a good leader like scorpion king but now we need a good team effort

A suggestion to Scorpion king,we should arrange a meeting of all aspirants,discuss all issues and especially fund raising,we should also arrange a meeting with the lawyer and discuss the case points,can also negotiate the fees if it is required.The importance of group discussion is that all doubts will be cleared,but fund raising is the most important part of our compaign,stay blessed

I have also noticed the same that people are thinking that they could benefit from others court case without any contribution,if a person thinks like that then he lives in fools paradise,he doesnt know the court system of Pakistan where a person cant take benefit from others petitions in courts initial hearings and stay order notifications ,only the petitioner can take advantage of initial hearings,while others can take advantage from final decision only,and the limitation in our court system is that final decision takes time .We shouldnt waste any more time and we should decide that either we come forward and fight for our rights or become a spectator forever

dear although, I don't have the problem of age relaxation but those(brothers) who r already busy in this petition, honestly, I being a young Lawyer will provide helpful suggestions to them.

Jazak ALLAH Noni Gul.ALLAH helps those who help themselves.I guess most of the people have doubts about success of the case or they are scared of screening test,although we have a strong case,we should discuss with each other and with young lawyers also like Noni Gul and others and regarding the screening test ,it is not very difficult,we can pass through this barrier through discussion on skype or by running an academy for screening test,I have tips and valuable material ,books for screening test and I m sure that 75 percent of screening test will come from that source

Thank you for your suggestions but sorry to say that we had done it long ago and in every meeting there were only five members (whether it was on skype or in person). Now we are also losing hopes due to indifferent attitude of other members. Therefore fate of tsunami is crystal clear.
One thing more that we are not beggars who have no self-respect. Why should we keep on saying everyone to come forward and contribute financially? Let everyone sleep and see how miracle will happen. They are thinking that either these five soldiers will win the war for them or that day is not so far when chief Justice Iftikhar chohdary will take suo moto & will make everything in order. Let us save 8500 rupees and enjoy living in fools paradise.

Well, I said this statement a year ago. There has been a very disheartening situation, throughout this struggle.

1. Place an advertisement in Dawn and Jung and ask all those people who want age relaxation to contact at numbers mentioned in ad.
2. Compose a list of all of them containing their CNIC,s and contact numbers.
3. Divide all of them to 1 million and determine the amount to be paid by every individual.
4. Provide them a trustworthy account number and give them a deadline for transfer of money.
5. Keep updating them regularly via text messages and this forum.

Kindly amend this if there is something wrong in it or provide any more refined idea but never quit.

It is better to lose a battle bravely in the end than to run away from a battle in the middle of war like a coward,In our case we have a chance to win if we are united and fight upto last,lets take a chance.Remember every struggle,every war needs unity ,sacrifices ,sacrifices of energy,time and money
