AoA Respected fellows!

I wanted to know whether a person whose age is within the upper age limit when he gives the CSS exam, but when the result is announced he will have crossed the upper age limit, would that disqualify him or not?

No disqualification in this case,whatever age or qualification you have on the last date of form submission will be considered.

Just to supplement your comment, cutoff date will be normally 31st Dec e.g. 31st Dec 2012 for 2013 aspirants.
