Default Missing pages of downloaded form of CSS
I have noticed that there are some missing pages in CSS downloaded form.
that missing pages are these:-
page No.8, 10, 12.

why these pages are missing? plz help me regarding these missing pages.

han i noticed it too, last time bi aesa he tha.
This is probably misprinting otherwise form is complete.
I had uploaded and sent it like that last time too, koi masla nahi hua tha regarding that.

aoa seniors please tell on page 7 a form no.is asked but i have downloaded form what form no.I will write on receipt ? secondly 4 photographs of which size ?

I applied online but found some mistakes and one can't edit the application later on.
I called FPSC islamabad and the guy told me to correct the mistakes with pen but then I found the blunder as all those who applied online must know that while entering the data the input is shown in capitals even if caps lock is not on but when it gets printed than it is not all capitals so it was a funny looking application so again rang up FPSC and now I am applying manually on the forms which I got from FPSC provincial office.

dms664 i have also committed the same mistake.are you sure that now we can apply manually?will not our forms be cross checked with that we applied online?

bro I asked the FPSC guy the same and he told me that nothing will happen as the online forms stands rejected if you will not send the pre filled printed forms so relax and get forms from FPSC office or download blank forms, attach your challan , fill it and send or submit by hand.

You can call FPSC office yourself also to double check it. FPSC numbers are available on their website.

There is no need of writing form number. you may mark the blank N/A.
