Default Canadian looking to do CSS exam

If I have a Canadian Bachelor of Arts or even a Bachelor in commerce Accounting degree from Canadian University like York University Toronto Canada can I use that to write CSS exam. What is the process for Canadian-Pakistani to take part in CSS exam. Will the degree in Canada satisfy the CCS Exam Requirements. If any person can answer please message me back thanks.

Your Canadian degree makes you eligible to appear in CSS so nothing to worry about there. You will have to get it attested by HEC if you qualify the written exam and appear for interview.

You may apply for CSS with dual nationality but will have to forego your Canadian nationality before joining Civil Service of Pakistan.

You can go back whenever you want and I know some retired fsp officers who got nationalities of other countries.
As far as cost of training is concerned then that is government's responsibility I guess. I have never heard anyone talk about CTP or Police academy cost. To become an ssp you will have to pass css and get allocated in that group 1st. Allocation depends on your merit, domicile, and gender

Can you make this clear for me do I get degree attested before I apply for css exam or after. From my understanding I apply for css exam using my Canadian degree if I am selected then I get it attested and then I write the exam if I pass the exam then they take my interview and I go for training which is 2-3 years right?

You don't need attestation, you need to make an equivalence. Attestation is for local universities. I would suggest that you read all the rules as they require a bunch of other documents as well. As far as, the degree is concerned then you can go to HEC portal now and fill out their form online. Submission of a copy degree is required for registration process and you will need your degree equivalence. Please read the rules
