all i need is $ billions and world wide group of multi national corporations and i know how to get this all by hard struggle, vision and much more. now my mind is b/w css and business. can one manage business along with css job and is it legal? kindly give me suggestions. thank you.

A perfect career is one which gives you inner satisfaction. It can be any depending on your personal liking. People do hard work in CSS because this career provides them the power, prestige and honour they aim for. As you have yourself expressed your desire to excel in corporate world and to become a billionaire, CSS is not right choice for you. You can not earn billions here by halal way and this is not the place where you can fulfil your dreams. Your abilities will support you if you will take first step towards your destination. So start your own business and have faith that you can create a multinational corporation.

1) its my dream and ambition as some wants to be CSp's, actors.

Your inner was not satisfied because you want to go Lahore and you are buying ticket for Karachi. CSS is not the road to your destination so my advice is to leave it.
Although you had to study business management and entrepreneurship as per your goals but what you need now is to complete your degree and start some business on small scale.

Now there are many questions like which business to start? How many investment is needed? And from where to start etc?
For this you have to contact some experienced business men and do a little research by yourself on business areas which are flourishing these days. You have to arrange capital and gather a qualified team and get your company registered as soon as possible as initial steps.
