Is PEC registration required for css exam by an engineer?

Seniors, especially engineers are requested to give a sincere advice.

In early 2012, I found that my date of birth on B Forum and birth certificate didn't match with the one mentioned on my NIC and Matric certficate. So, i got them corrected on both documents. Subsequently, I applied for change of Date of Birth (DOB) on my PEC certificate in September 2012.

Since then, 4 years have passed and I have not recieved my revised PEC certificate. During these years, I visited PEC office many times, submitted many applications, showed them my original, revised documents (NIC and Matriculation certificate) and fulfilled all of their requirements, but of no avail.

Whenever I inquire them, they reply that my verificatiin process has not been completed yet. I don't know what kind of verification process is this, which has taken more than 4 years? I also wrote an application to the Chairman PEC, but it proved futile and I got no reply.

Now, I request members of this forum to recomend me a modus operandi that I should follow to get my revised PEC certificate. Should I go to court? As PEC is an autonomus institiution so, where should I register a complain against PEC?

Do not go to courts for this. That would be completely futile. Just simply look for a reference, who enjoys acquaintance with PEC higher-ups. Your case would then be immediately resolved.
