Preference to a Masters Degree

Dear Members,
I am new to this forum so I request you all to cooperate and bear with me if this topic has been discussed already.

I have been told by many people that the recruiters prefer those candidates that have a masters degree more than those with a bachelors degree as it shows more mental maturity.

Can you please guide me if there is any truth in this?

Well, if you are talking in the context of the CSS exam, then I don't think it would have any major impact over the end result. In private sector, it's quite the opposite actually; in-fact, experience is what matters the most. In certain public sector job opportunities that require a great deal of technical expertise, it's likely to have an impact over the final selection.
