How does one study for CSS? Is it conceptual study or one has to learn each and every word of book?

CSS required smart work. Instead of thinking what to study ,you must know what not to study .

Everyone study according to his/her own ability. There is no certain methodology or pattern of success. Just try to explore your strength and working on that is the best policy.
Now there are two things; either you build your capacity to a level where you have no problem in analysing any sort of question or you become a textbook scholar where you have read everything from the contents FPSC has given.
