Default 3rd post..kindly reply

This hurts a little that i joined inorder to be benefited but the thing is that no one ever replied..
This is my 3 attempt now
My optionals are
IR
Anthropology
GS
Int law
History of US
And also that whenever i sit for preparation..i get stuck in learning topics..do i learn every bit extensively or just read and get general ideas..
People here oftenly say with 3 or 5 days of preparation..that confuses me alot :/

Ill be much thankful

I suggest do smart work now.
read articles on google scholar prepare questions from there
and do practice a lot.

If depends on whether you've just started learning things from zero or have a little background already. People usually choose to cram when they're left with no time and do pass too but cramming is never suggested since it is not a promising method of preparation. I think it's good that you try to clear your concepts when you study. Understanding things will take time but they will also save the time of revisions. So go with what you find suitable and do try to practice time management. That'll help.

Yes, first you need to deposit fee in NBP then fill deposit slip details in online application for,get it printed and then send it to FPSC

You have to learn each and everything with details and every bit of it. As CSS is not for ordinary humans. It is for computer minded persons.

CSS exam seems to have become quite tough now so you have to make a huge effort to get through it. You have to give every subject a fair amount of time. Smart time management may help you prepare better for the exam and every paper(subject) is as equally important as any other paper, so schedule your time smartly in order to prepare every subject properly.
