Default Whats division for CGPA 2.1 on 4.0 scale
can any one please help me find out the grade and division associated with 2.1 cgpa on 4.0 scale. is it 2nd or 3rd division? and whats applicable grade? can one with 2.1 cgpa apply for css exam?

It is 2nd division, grade C and you're eligible for CSS.
