Default MS in Finance from a good local university vs css

I have secured admission in a local university with full scholarship, however i wanted to appear in css this year.

Need suggestions from seniors, should i forgoe this opportunity and focus on my css or take admission for ms.

Note if i dont take admission in ms i can avail three attempts else only one attempt
