Default Selection of groups during applications

Assalamoalikum, I am a new aspirant and need to ask weather it is required to select all groups in our application or can we select only that group(s) in which we are interested in working?
Guidance will be highly appreciated.

According to our preference & interest..
Means first priority towards least one.
But have a good care in selection of these groups because they check your mindset in interview through your former selection.

Thanks, but I wanted to know if candidates have the choice of "not" selecting a group. What I mean by that is, suppose I don't want to join the Custom group can I just not select it in my application.

Yes it’s possible to not select a group. Also you may reconfirm your group preferences at the time of interview.
