I am fizza and I am just 23 with year old daughter I want to do css but I don't know about how to start preparation kindly guide me

You can read the posts of lala in tips and experience sharing section. I think she did CSS with four months preparation while having little kids at her home. Maybe you can find some tips there related to this matter. I have given link below ,her name is Noor UL ain and she secured first position I think in CSS exams.
