I am using the books that are mostly recommended at this forum by CSPs and other senior members.

You can get them at the following links, do not get yourself confused if there are so many books for one subject, just go for the one that is most recommended and after that you can go through another book on the same subject to consolidate the concepts and have better idea of things.

I have following queries:
1. How do I prepare Current and Pakistan affairs from newspaper, which points I should have in my mind while reading the newspaper? Whcih sections are more important? and which sections could be ignored?

2. There is syllabus for each and every subject, I want to ask that Is this syllabus strictly followed in CSS papers also? How much should i rely on syllabus?

This brother of yrs was out for a week and now got yr post.. well, taking kips notes is easy as taking a hot cake.. just visit the place and the academy is more than willing to offer u their stuff. but mind u, i got the notes for psychological tests not for written exam. For written exam i got the notes of Officer's Academy at Lahore, though i didnt find to study even a sindle page out of them and are still lying tied in my cupboard.. Its colonel Zahoor's academy and i think the adress of that academy has been given in his post by one frend..

Sorry i forgot yr point of sharing the notes with u guys. i guess i'll be unable toshare those with u cos its a long way to go back home and get the notes, even if i get those notes, i've to upload it to the forum which seems to be impossible..

Anyways, i hope i can get u the email and postal address of Col. Zahoor's Academy from which u can demand the notes by simply depositting an amount of Rs 600 in your bank account and send it online to Col. Zahoor's academy. u can get the notes just in 3or 4days. thats what i did and thats whats the most convenient way to do..

i am from national officers academy sir fida is working with our academy and sir mazhar is running a separate academy which is NOVA just near to the national officers academy.
