Default class doesn't matter!

dear, I dont think that your perception is right because i have got many examples of csp officers who do not belong to upper class (the so-caleed ruling elites of our motherland),and they are selected in top groups like PSP, DMG, CEG,FSP etc. I really dont believe that selection for the final allocation is matter of "being from an upper class first" but only the score of your written examz and your personality suitability to that group.
Comments plz...

AoA,

CSS Exam is for those who possess Bachelors Degree, buy books, burn the midnight oil and Pay Rs: 1000/- for Exam Fee without any discrimination. There are few institutions like Pak-Army and FPSC which never compromise on merit. Entry for any job through these channels/institutions is open for those who have the guts to compete.

Every year many people from humble class get higher groups in CSS but unfortunately their (some of them) lust for wealth and inferior complex force them to enter into higher/elite class by unfair accumulation of wealth. That is the reason we don’t witness the trustworthiness of FPSC.

If a person from humble position go through extensive process of passing written portion, of course if he/she has nerve and gained good score in written and viva, ultimately he will be allocated in desired group. Class distinction does not affect selection somewhat it depends on one’s hard work and performance. One should not drench into inferior complex rather trust on his/her abilities, destiny, and determination.

Regards,

I totally agree with ziakhan & naeemsandhu

@muhib-ul-hanan
This perception is totally wrong and the one eating away our bureaucratic structure. Most of the CSPs are from very humble background and serve the country without any bias. You need to change your attitude if you want to serve the country in true manner.

Assalam-o-Alaikum to all

Favouritism exists in every department of "PAK SAR ZAMEEN" and it is a bitter reality. We should not hide our social evils though accept it and provide constructive solutions and try to implement these solutions at our best level.

@Naeemsandhu

Thankyou for encouraging a meak. But a friend of mine who is allocated in FSP told me that fathers occupation does matter in CSS. If your father is a clerk and you are going for CSS, FPSC will close its eyes while interviewing you.

My concern is only fathers background bcz my father doesnot have a good echelon in government service.

Thanks.

No dear, father's background is not a criteria to judge one's ability. They are concerned with your skills and performance in exam and viva. Believe in hardwork and leave the matter on your luck. Success and failure is not important but is important to try.

Dear Munib,
You are not supposed to go through these paltry and irrelevant issue. Days are gone when the bureucratic families tends to motivate their siblings to go for the competitive exam. Now there are umpteen examples and the list goes on, where students gets the desired department by showing the examplry and exceptional performance.
Firm Faith in GOD, Resolute approach and sheer hardwork is the only requirement to acheive the plan. You need to get rid yourself from the catch 22 situation. Plz dont make the mess in your mind by concentrating on petty things. Think Positively and success will be yours.
