Default what is mean by merit vacancies?
seniors plz tell me when the css result is annouced then first of all MERIT VACANCIES is written then the seats are allocated according to province..... so may i know what is merit vacancy? who are those students in merit vacancy list?

All Pakistan open merit seats for the top scorers. All the candidates equally compete for those open merit seats (7.5% of total vacancies) without any difference of domicile, gender or religion.
