Yes, I understand that but this:
"iii). The matter as to which foreign degree is comparable and
equivalent to corresponding Pakistani degree shall be decided by
HEC. Therefore, an equivalence certificate issued by HEC may
be attached with application form. "

talks about one's undergraduate or graduate programme's degree. :s

In this case they are referring to the Undergraduate, Post Graduate etc. They are not referring to the O-Levels or A-Levels. But to be on the safe side you should provide IBCC for O and A-Levels if you have.

Will my candidature be approved on the basis of annual transcripts and an official Letter of Certification from my university? I have studied with the University of London for my degree and have not yet obtained an equivalence certificate (HEC). I will be in receipt of the original degree and diploma supplement in either January or February after which I shall acquire my Equivalency and provide it to the commission. Is this possible?

I am also very confused. I do not have any equivalence certificates for my O and A levels. No where in the rules does it say that we need to provide these :/ is it a requirement??

I am also confused about this...I have a bachelors degree from Pak but a foreign masters degree... i dont see the need to get an equivalence for it since masters is not a pre-req for appearance in the exam. any thoughts?
