I am beginner here and do seek your guidance. Kindly, tell me how to read books of various subjects be it EDS, PAK-AFFAIRS or an optional paper? I am confused whether to read it again and again or learn it, confused?

The way to read a book depends on the purpose of your reading. If you intend to study for some exam and it's more of a general subject or a subject where in you have some insight, the best way is to go through the book, and then make an outline. You will absorb some of the material, before you take the exam, read the outline which now you can expand. That's what I do, although, many would disagree.
