Question subject selection

Asalam-o-alikum,

I am a Chemical engineer and i am having difficulty in selecting optional subjects, guide me plz ,also is it possible to select more subjects from group 2?

group 1 = i know nothing.
group 2 = Physics (200)
group 3 = still know nothing.
group 4 = History of Pakistan & India.(100)
group 5 = Environmental Sciences. (100)
group 6 = are u kidding me
group 7 = Geography or Sociology (100)

if it helps my fiance is BBA and my best friend is doing masters in english literature, they can help me with the preparation if i nagg them continuously!!

Selection of subjects is most difficulty point in CSS.
We are to choose subjects from different groups.
CSS does not demand Subject Specialist knowledge but analytical and critical approach.
Many subjects here doesn't require prior knowledge.
It is better you should read this thread carefully.

i have selected

i.r (200) group 1
physics (200) group 2
environmental science (100) group 5
geography (100) group 7
total (600)

Q#1 is it possible for me to skip group 1 and select (town planning & history of pak india from group 3 & 4 respectively to adjust my 200 numbers )...??? , bcz i know nothing about I.R and i feel safe since i will be studying pakistan studies any way and town planning, environment and geography some what cross paths at some point.????

Q#2 is my subject selection going to effect my choice of career or selection in a specific field where i want to be in future and in response getting rejected just becz i did no appear in right subjects to start with???

please do answer it !!
