salamz... i know nothing about psychology but i have heard that its a good, easy and scoring subject. as far as geography is concerned, i had no prior knowledge of geography when i started its preparation. but now am good at it so i can say that its a very good subject and one can get good scores with a little more effort. u may consider the syllabus and past papers of both the subject and if possible see the recommended books as well. hope it will help u in your decision.
good luck

i had both as my optional subjects and both of them are very good and scoring subjects... so its hard for me to say go for one and don't go for other, you should see k ap ka interest kis subject mai hai ziada.
but you said that you haven't studied any one of them so i guess u should see the course content of both aur forum pai available notes ko study karo and then decide.

Regard
Madiha

I intend to go for these two, Psychology and Geography in 2013 attempt though i do not have background for both these subjects.
ummm am not sure about geography. People here in my center didn't seem much happy with the geography paper, a girl was saying it was very "unexpected"

Geography:
1- A little technical but easy.
2- Very interesting
3- Helps with other subjects as well.
4- High scoring
5- 15-20 days course

Psychology:
1- Less technical as compared to Geography but the difficulty level is about the same as geography.
2- Very boring
3- Doesn't help with other subjects
4- High scoring
5- Takes more time than Geography.

PS. I'm not a qualifier. If any qualifier or a person who has studied both the subjects disagrees with anything in my post, the readers should believe him/her.

Right. That is my personal opinion and I've written in the post script that qualifiers may disagree, and if the do, the readers must believe them and not me. However, I want to know which points do you disagree with and why?

thanks.
