There are different stages of life.you can't laugh on a kid asking whether fairy tales are real? Even Newton had have to learn some basic knowledge about heavenly bodies and matter. Had mentor of Newton thought for a moment that he was teaching greatest physicist of all time he might have had beleaguered himself. so someone asking about basics doesn't mean that he can't improve it or he is dull witted.
I think we should appreciate every question by newcomers.

OK ...some have lower levels of Extrasensory perception (common sense or sixth sense) but most of the questions are asked merely to increase number of posts or just for starting a discussion with forum members.

What I think the main reason behind failure in CSS exams is immaturity of aspirants (jo her saal ziada hoti ja rahi hai). I visit this forum on a daily basis, and everyday there are new posts in which aspirants are asking questions like (urdu main wo hai jo mera dil krta hy ans kroun :-p mager dukh na ho kisi ko is liay aisa ni krta):

-How to make notes ? (14 saal kia kia aap ny, ager ya b ni pata k notes k sy banaty hain ?)

-Is it good to study in groups ?(seriously ? ya b logoun sy pochny wali baat hy?)

-Please suggest me optional subjects.(Common sense hy, jo pehly study kiay hain ya jin main interest hy. Nahi g ya b log batain apko.)

-How to prepare for CSS exam in 1 months. (khamoshi he behter hai, her kisi ka apna Edu background hai, her kisi ki apni zahanat hai.)

-What you recommend pen or ballpoint or pointer? (App to pakay affser bano gy bhai. 21 toppoun ki salami.)

-How to write fast? (by using JP4 (type of fuel), jet be isi ko use krty hain.)

After these posts, people wait for CSP/senior members to answer them. Dear fellows, all these questions are not only wasting your time but also showing your immaturity. You are going to appear in toughest exam of Pakistan, and you don't know what to use pen or ballpoint? you don't know how to make notes. It is sad.

I think the main reason behind all this silliness is misconception about CSS exams. Please keep your self-confident. If you don't have trust in you, how could you perform good?

Now some will ask me, "Who are you to say all this?", answer is "The man is no one ".

In case, you find anything bad, I am sorry.

Best Regards
By the way, you also seem an epitome of immaturity

You are right but also remember that when a new person start studying new thing or for new test/exam,he/she is also nervous too...that what is coming and also nowadays other peoples make you feared that this exam is very tough and whatever u learn in previous is nothing...forget about your previous subjects,...u cannot get good marks here in your subjects...that's why people ask about optional subjects here.
And other thing u write about increasing hand speed, what to use in paper,so I think its human nature...WO Jo kahte hen ke gabra Jana to I think is waja se aese question puche jate hen

I am taking it as a compliment, specially the word "epitome"

Yes misinformation is one of the reason behind this.

That was a joke anyway. Yes you are right, i concur with you. Most of them are just wasting time here at the forum, rather than studying hard for the exams.

They only reason behind such questions is that people who are overly matured (this word might not exist lolz) overemphasize this CSS exam. The new aspirants become abnormally concerted about it .They start manifesting CSS qualifiers as Aliens or some kind of Prophets . So There is no point in considering such new aspirants as immature .Because questions are always stupid and Answers are always wise ...
And we should not make fun of others .
You have the right to disagree .
