Umm my only point was that I needed a suggestion on whether to proceed with my preparations or join a university. There have been many discussions about the bill and I've been asked by many ke bill pass ho Gaya tou Kya karo gi? I thought maybe someone here has an idea whether there are chances of the bill being passed or not. Nothing else. Or a kind suggestion or any criticism is welcome.

OK dear,i am not 100% sure,but chances of increasing educational-criteria are small,as it has been dismissed few month ago by Prime minister.
