Well bro it really depends .. I mean I would not do a masters degree for the sake of a degree, but for a field for my life ahead and I intend to pursue that till P.H.D ..
Now, you may have different aspirations .. So think of your options and choose something beneficial all along ..

Regards ..

Yes. You can use black and/or blue ball point or ink pen.

There is no compulsion regarding the use of ink pen.
You can go for any one of them whatever is congenial for you.
Ball-point is not forbidden.
And to the best of my knowledge, you can use black color pen but merely for questions or headings.
You can't write the answers using the black color pen.

Brother I filled all my papers of CSS in black ink and by the grace of Allah qualified written exam 2011...so no harm in writing with black ink pen.

Good to hear so else the instructions from the FPSC are exactly contrary to it.

Well try to avoid mistakes, however while writing in speed few spelling/Grammer mistake may occure, you need to cut it only by drawing a line over it once. Thats all. you should not cut it many times.

Default Tip for attempting paper

Dear all!

One should use blue pointer for MCQs(with good ink quality) so that ink does not spead beyond circles of options in OMR sheet.

For theory one should prefer pen with blue ink because pen has good grip over the pages of answer book than pointer. So one can impress the paper checker with nice and brighter handwriting.

Regards,
