Red face Young habits die hard

Young habits die hard
Mano g please check my first piece of writing.

Young habits die hard
The maxim is reflective of the fact that the habits adopted by a child in the initial stage of his life, would hardly fade away from his mind in the later part of his life. Childhood generally is a transitional period for man. What he learns during this period, leaves their imprints on his mind for many years in the future. Similarly, habits he developed in this early phase of his life, remains associated with him for many years on end as they get etched in his mind and despite his well he would find it hard to get rid of those notorious habits. If a child in his early days adopts the habit of stealing trivial things, chances are on that a professional thief awaits him in the future. And once he adopts this notorious habit, despite his well, he would find it hard to purge himself off the vice of theft. Besides, by theft he not only meet his material needs but also draws peace of mind too. Similarly, if a child catches the habit of lying in his early days, then he surely remained a liar in the remaining course of his life as the adage strikingly goes; once a liar is always a liar. Lying is one of the root causes of the myriad of social evils. It would easily plagues the society by planting the seed of discomfort and contention amongst the masses. Besides, a liar always falls short of attaining the credibility in the society. People never trust on a liar and his sources. As lying is against the truth, so it is strongly discouraged by Islam.
Likewise, if someone gets addicted to drugs in the early phase of his life, would steadily sink in this quagmire and find no way out. Addiction, would lead a man to vices like theft, robbery and street begging and the likes. Moreover, it would ultimately cease man's life span by resulting in many fatal diseases.
So by keeping a vigil eye on children during their early life, parents can not only ensure a bright future for their children but also pave the way for cultivating a healthy and prosperous society.

Appreciable effort, I haven't find any grammatical or conceptual mistake, keep it up!

your outline is somewhat acceptable from heading no.7 onwards, you have included many irrelevant headings, for example, details of hazards, types etc.......you have to focus on ''disaster risk management in Pakistan'', if the topic is regarding ''disasters'', then you are supposed to write about hazards, so focus on the ways to manage disasters in the context of Pakistan.
