Lightbulb Which is the best group for women candidates?

I would like to ask that which is the best suitable group for women? Mostly women don't want to leave their home town, or it is difficult for women to appoint far from their home town. Please suggest me the best group in which women can appoint within their home town or at least near the home towns.
